Alignment & Commercial Coordination
Where a verified counterparty aligns with an existing requirement, we coordinate the commercial parameters — volume, pricing structure, delivery terms, and documentation expectations — prior to any introduction.

Demonstrated financial capacity matching the transaction scale. This includes proof of funds, confirmed credit lines, or established institutional procurement frameworks.

Commercial Viability

Defined transaction parameters including product specification, volume, pricing expectations, delivery timeline, and preferred payment mechanism. Vague intentions are not accepted.

Compliance Readiness

Both parties must demonstrate readiness to operate within international trade compliance frameworks. AML, KYC, and sanctions screening form part of our standard intake review.
